About Being Sauna

BeingSauna.com started as a sauna information site — guides on sauna bathing, health benefits and how to choose between infrared and traditional heat. Homeowners kept asking the same question: "Who can actually install one near me?"

Today Being Sauna is a free nationwide referral service. We connect homeowners in all 50 states with vetted local sauna installers, steam shower specialists and bathroom remodeling contractors — and we connect commercial clients with builders experienced in gyms, hotels and wellness centers.

How we work

• You call or send one form — no spam, no obligation.
• We match your project type and ZIP code with a local specialist.
• You get a free consultation and a written quote before deciding anything.

Being Sauna does not perform installation work itself and does not charge homeowners for referrals.
